At A.S.P. DIGITAL, we are committed to providing quality services tailored to the specific needs of our customers. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Here are the general conditions for returns and refunds:
1. Services eligible for refund :
Refunds are only possible in the following cases:
The ordered service has not been started.
A technical or administrative error on our part prevents the delivery of the service.
A refund request is made within 7 working days of payment and before delivery of the service.
2. Services not eligible for refund :
No refund will be granted in the following cases:
The service has been fully or partially performed, in accordance with the agreed specifications.
The performance obtained does not correspond to subjective expectations (unless written guarantees have been specified).
Delays attributable to the customer, such as a lack of collaboration or delays in providing the necessary information.
3. Refund Terms :
Refunds will be made by the same means of payment as that used when ordering, within 10 working days after validation.
An administrative processing fee, corresponding to 10% of the total amount, may be applied in the event of voluntary cancellation by the customer.
4. Contract Termination :
For long-term contracts (subscriptions or monthly services), termination may be requested with 30 days' notice. Any payment made for a current month remains non-refundable.
